We know it can take a while to get used to your new mattress. It can take up to 30 days to fully adjust to your new sleep surface so be careful exchanging too soon.

*1) Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items include: Linens, pillows, special orders, custom-sized products, or any items purchased at our outlet/warehouse. 2) Any product exchanged/returned must be free of any stains, odors, or damage. 3) 120 Day Better Sleep Guarantee: Approved product may be exchanged or returned any time within 120 days of taking possession of the first mattress. A factory return fee of $69/per piece will be charged or deducted from the refund for 1st exchange. Additional exchanges will incur a $149/per piece fee. 4) In the case of a return, the full value of any product that was received at no charge or discounted with the purchase will be deducted from the refund. 5) Guests are responsible for all applicable transportation costs, including the original delivery costs if the product is returned or exchanged.
