Comfortable and supportive mattress with very good sleep isolation. However, we have had the mattress for close to a month and it still smells, slowly dissipating. Attempted to solve the problem by taking sheets AND mattress cover off washing and allowing the bed to air out for a day. We have not noticed any health issues attributed to off-gassing (??)
Another issue, when getting out of bed I can hear the springs recoil.
The tempurpedic was a comfort warranty exchange, and the tempurpedic is hands down far superior in construction and comfort than the Stearns and Foster. You know it is a good match when you can actually sleep at night!

Bought a top of the line Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze Split CA King mattress at Mancini's less than 4 years ago. Half the mattress has significant sagging and is causing back pain...submitted a warranty claim which was rejected by Alex on May 1. This is not an accepable response as we spent over $13,131 and our expectation for a mattress of this quality is that it would last more than 4 years. While there are some "normal" sweat stains, we unfortunately have not been able to get an adequate customer service response from both Mancini's and the warranty team at Tempur-Pedic. Its sad that we now have to look at purchasing pads or removing our bed and purchasing a new bed...of course we don't recommend Tempur-Pedic nor spending this kind of money on a mattress that lasts only a few years.

This mattress has been terrible from day 1. We bought it thinking it would be cooling, and super comfortable because hey it's a tempurpedic and because it's so pricey it should deliver right? Decided to splurge on it. Absolutely wrong! First off, I should have listened to my body when I started sleeping on it and it wasn't comfortable. But they have a 90 day window where they tell you to "test" their mattress for and it says it needs time to break in. So they convince you to stick with it for that time. Very good practice for their company by the way, to make sure they guarantee maximum profits for themselves. God forbid life happens and you have big life events that might push you a little past that 90 day window (not more than a few weeks). Their customer service is extremely unhelpful and sticks with saying, "sorry you are past the 90 day window and we can't do anything about it." So your product doesn't last past 90 days or you don't believe the mattress is high enough quality to guarantee it? Also, why would it matter if we are a few days past that, we slept on it and did not like it. Honestly it feels like sleeping on a rock and my body aches badly! And now that I'm pregnant, the pain is pronounced even more. Yet their customer service has done NOTHING to mitigate the issue or to give us a satisfactory outcome, exchange or return. I've reached out to them three times about it and have been met with a wall from them everytime. Don't want to sound like a "Karen" complaining but hey, I'm giving my honest review and feedback about their extremely overpriced products. For those who are on the fence, please take your money elsewhere and DO NOT BUY! Their products NOR their customer service are worth it!

The king mattress is comfortable but is smaller than the advertised 76"x80". Mine is an inch shorter and nearly two inches narrower; sheets don't pull tight. I don't think this is a simple quality control issue, I suspect shrinkflation! Had I know this, I would have considered a California King. The retailer was also unable to sell several accessories. I'll be forced to use the TempurPedic website. I expected better for the extremely high cost of this mattress. I think we'll be happy with our sleep experience (one night so far), but I'll ask a lot more questions if I deal with this company again.

I had a 25-year-old Tempurpedic that used to feel like sleeping on a cloud. At the same time it started to feel less like a cloud, I became a very hot sleeper. I knew I would stick with Tempurpedic and when I learned about this cooling model, I had to have it. KG Luxe Breeze 2 Med Hybrid & ProSmart Powerbase and 2 pillows delivered today & set up. L side mattress seems to be separated in 2 layers from the side. The delivery guys said its normal and it will reconform in time as its been sitting on side until now. I hope they are correct. I called and spoke to my wonderful sales lady who also assured me if in 30 days it hasn't to let them know and they will replace. I cant wait to start my new sleep journey. Now to figure out all the functions the base can do with an app you download. Can use with the remote or my phone which is a nice option. Cant wait to see how the snore sensor works for my hubby. I will review again in 30 days to let you know how its going. So far I am pleased with my purchase.

Dipping so bad on one side sleep has suffered immensely,l. We thought we were being smart getting the 10 year warranty, however that just wasn't the case, we submitted our claim and they told us it just doesn't dip enough. As a mattress that costs THOUSANDS of dollars I feel none of this should have ever been a problem. So now either we get awful sleep to try and make this expensive purchase worth it, or we have to go out and spend even more money on a new mattress. Oh and I didn't even mention the fact that the adjustable base didn't work right from the day we got it. Moral of the story is I'll never buy a Tempur-pedic again. I HIGHLY recommend you buy anything else!

I had a temper-pedic mattress for 10 years before the memory foam no longer filled in the spaces in my lower back or my sides. I replaced in 2021 with this model expecting the same quality and longevity. After 2 years the memory foam stopped filling in the spaces in my body and turned into a bowl. It got so bad over the 3rd year that I developed a bulging disk in my L4-L5 and could no longer sleep in it. I would also sweat every night to the point where we were washing sheets weekly. I was so disappointed I ended up building my own custom mattress using Talalay and Dunlop latex foams with an organic cotton cover. I've not woken up with back pain or in a pool of sweat since. The custom mattress also cost 80% less. I will never go back to a tempur-pedic even though I had been a big fan for over a decade. Please note this is my personal experience and opinion based on mattresses I have paid for and personally used. Thank you.

It feels like we are sleeping in a concrete driveway. After 6 months of miserable sleep we are considering trashing it and buying something else. Major waste of over $5,000. I originally had a Luxebreeze 2.0 Med Hyb for about 2 months and it was too firm for a side sleeper. The company exchanged it for a Luxebreeze 2.0 Soft under its 100 day program. The new mattress has acceptable characteristics on the left side, but some place in the middle the material becomes firmer and if you lie on that transition point your body is at a uncomfortable tilt even after 30 min or so. Additionally the claim of cooling has not been experienced. It is possible that having to put the Tempur Pedic waterproof mattress protector on it negates this feature. I bought a expensive mattress to be able to use the whole surface of the bed, not just the left side. When I received the Luxebreeze 2.0 Soft mattress it was over one year old from the manufacture date on the law tag, and I do not know how it was stored or if that had any effect on why the right side is so much "firmer".

DO NOT BUY!! This is our 2nd tempur-pedic we've owned and I won't ever buy again. The cooling features are a complete scam, there was absolutely no detectable difference in ambient temperature vs the bed. I reached out to customer service multiple times to see if my unit was defective but no one took me seriously or gave me a solution. Don't spend your money on this because it's no different than any other standard memory foam mattress. And yes my sheets are cotton and our bedroom is at a constant 70 degrees F, well within the range of temperature this mattress is supposed to work. Extremely disappointed that I spent so much more money for the useless cooling on this model.

This is my second Tempurpedic mattress purchase. Both are the hybrid. The mattress itself is far superior to anything on the market. My first mattress is almost 10 years old but still looks and feels brand new, but with me starting menopause it was just too warm for me. I purchased the 10 degree cooler medium hybrid to replace it and although the mattress itself is just as comfortable as my old one I have one complaint. I do not like the feel or texture of the zip topper on the new one and was forced to purchase an organic cotton topper which adds to the overall cost of the product. I took one star off for this reason.

After my first back surgery we bought a Tempurpedic mattress in early 2000's. Since then both my husband and I have had other injuries/ surgeries & getting older. We continue to do best on Tempurpedic mattresses. Support & comfort better than anything we tried. One of our adult children has one too.
The pitfall for me is the smell/off gassing when new. I can't sleep on it for about 2 weeks, without having respiratory issues & nausea from smell.

It takes a little getting used to going from an extra thick and soft pillow top bed to a tempur-pedic Lux Breeze but almost immediately I experienced great sleep and started waking up rested before my alarm went off. Only complaint is the first few minutes when you get in and it feels like you are laying in cool mud.....but once it warms up it is very comfortable.

I previously had an Adapt Temper-pedic and wanted something that was cooler. The Luxbreeze fits the bill! It is very comfortable and I now get a better nights sleep than ever before. The mattress is definitely cool to touch and I was even able to add another light blanket to my bed. It has also improved my hip pain that I had been experiencing as well. I am one month into sleeping on the Luxe Breeze and am loving it. I have to admit the first few weeks were rough - this mattress starts firm and is hard to get used to. But now that I've broken it in (some), it is great and getting better every night. For current cons, my shoulders still get sore (I'm a side sleeper) so I have to turn over several times at night, and I still sleep hot on it (not sure why the cooling isn't working as advertised), but I'm confident things will improve. I'm still in the trial period, but feel confident I'll keep the mattress. I now love the feel of the tempur material and look forward to sinking into the mattress every night. Honestly, I'm starting to believe this will be the best mattress of my life (and I'm 64, and have gone through a bunch). So far so good!

Really like the bed, but Tempur-pedic does not like to take phone calls and also does not particularly like to deal with issues at customers seem to have especially in the stores and through third parties when you go to third-party sellers like mattress firm they are also misleading you with information that's not policy so great product but manufacture and third-party dealers suck buyers we were also Tempur-pedic will do everything they can avoid your warranty, so be sure to check out everything on their website because if you put this on any other boxspring avoids the warranty if you put this on the floor, it avoids the warranty they try to get out of everything they Can
