I know what you’re thinking: "Delivery is free, but the SERVICE is going to cost extra." Nothing is further from the truth. At Mattress King, we LOVE to serve our guests at every opportunity.
That is why we have our "Red Carpet/White Glove" delivery service.
It all starts with scheduling a delivery time during a two-hour window on a day that works FOR YOU. We then either give you a call or text (your preference) the day of your delivery when we are headed to your house.
Upon arrival, we sweep (or shovel) a clean path up to your house. We then roll out our Mattress King logo rug and before we enter your house we put protective booties on our shoes. EVERY. TIME.
We then offer to dust or vacuum where your new bed is going to be delivered. As mom always said, "A clean home is a happy home."
When we unwrap your mattress we wear white gloves to avoid getting dirt on your brand new bed.
Lastly, we dust, swiffer, or vacuum up any mess we made. Again, because mom said, "Leave it in better condition than you found it."

I bought the Split Cal King Probreeze Medium Hybrid with the smart adjustable base. One side of the mattress feels harder then the other. Along with that, one side is almost 1" higher then the other. Super annoying! I tried calling for help with this and they said to submit a warranty claim. I did that and they rejected me. It seems there quality control is not that great. I would not buy it from the outlet, since you can not return it if you get a split mattress.

Our prior all-foam Tempurpedic mattress had no motion transfer. The reviews claimed that the ProBreeze Hybrid mattress received 4 out of 5 stars for motion transfer. However, we both feel a lot of motion each time we roll over and/or get in and out of bed. We recently learned that Tempurpedic does not warranty motion transfer of any kind and would not send a representative to look at our mattress for a possible defect. This was very disappointing since they built their reputation on the premise of "little or no motion transfer."

It simply envelopes you in a comfortable cocoon and allows you to rest peacefully. I purchased the hybrid model thinking it would be medium firm. I was definitely wrong. It's extremely firm and not comfortable for my liking. I pray that this mattress will soften up in time because I can't return it. It was a very costly lessons learned. My advice do not buy into all the hype, and definitely do not purchase discontinued models because you can't return them.

Mattress was quite cool when we lay down on it in store. At home it is cool at first but as soon as body adjusts to it, feels like body temp. Due to health issue, I still get hot at night no matter what. Mattress is cool to touch wherever you aren't touching. I don't particularly care for the mattress cover that was recommended as it is slippery, and sheets move around on it. The mattress is supportive and comfortable, and my back ache went away as did my husband's.
