I know what you’re thinking: "Delivery is free, but the SERVICE is going to cost extra." Nothing is further from the truth. At Mattress King, we LOVE to serve our guests at every opportunity.
That is why we have our "Red Carpet/White Glove" delivery service.
It all starts with scheduling a delivery time during a two-hour window on a day that works FOR YOU. We then either give you a call or text (your preference) the day of your delivery when we are headed to your house.
Upon arrival, we sweep (or shovel) a clean path up to your house. We then roll out our Mattress King logo rug and before we enter your house we put protective booties on our shoes. EVERY. TIME.
We then offer to dust or vacuum where your new bed is going to be delivered. As mom always said, "A clean home is a happy home."
When we unwrap your mattress we wear white gloves to avoid getting dirt on your brand new bed.
Lastly, we dust, swiffer, or vacuum up any mess we made. Again, because mom said, "Leave it in better condition than you found it."
Then you enjoy a great night’s sleep. Delivery. Simple and Easy.

This pillow is an absolute disappointment-within minutes of lying on it, it flattens completely, providing zero support and leading to immediate neck pain. If you're looking for a pillow that offers nothing but frustration and discomfort, then this (Breeze ProHi 6.6") pillow is for you.
I reached out to Tempur-Pedic, but they refused to stand behind their product or offer any resolution. When a company can't stand behind the product or service they are offering, it speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer care.

I have gone through many, many, many pillows. This Tempur-Breeze ProHi Pillow is hands-down the best pillow I have ever purchased. I have had Tempur-Pedic beds before but never one of their pillows until now. The coolness, firmness and the way it conforms to my head is unlike any pillow you will ever experience. We have yet to sleep on our 2 pillows that we purchased with our new mattress and base on 12/19/24. Our delivery and setup took place today 1/16/24. I am registering the mattress, base and pillows tonight. I completed registering the pillow (we bought 2, so it would have been nice to have a quantity cell on the online form to indicate the number of pillows purchased). When I submitted the registration, all I received was a sentence that stated my registration was complete. I would have liked to had a completed form (that I could print) that indicated the information that I submitted on the screen, to have proof for my file and completion of the registration.
